Subject: Rotary Meeting

Hi John,

This is Chris Smith (aka "Juggler" aka "filmmaker" aka "That one guy who eats the Rotary Club food for free").  I just thought I'd drop you a line, considering that I never sent that E-mail I promised right after I left the meeting back in January.  Thanks for all the kind words and for printing my ugly picture in the newsletter (I've got a ways to go before a beard will work for me...but rest assured it's long gone!)

I wanted to officially thank you and the Rotary Club for all you have done for me over the years and hope that the next time I'm in the basin I can come crash another meeting.  If any of you are in the Los Angeles area anytime soon, rest assured that there is a couch you can crash on.

P.S.  Let it be known that Chris Proctor was correct when he said I was the biggest Duke fan at South Tahoe High a number of years ago.  But let it also be known that I will be attending my third Final Four in a row this weekend and that I feel no remorse.  :-)
